Data We Collect

Interval Timer: Tempo is designed for personal interval workouts. Your timers, workout presets, workout history, and preferences are stored on your device. We do not collect personal information, track your behavior, or sell your workout data.

HealthKit

If you grant permission, Tempo may read HealthKit data such as heart rate and active energy during workouts, and may save completed workouts to Apple Health with details such as duration, calories, heart rate, distance, and workout type. HealthKit data is handled on-device and is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties.

Location & Distance

If you choose a workout mode that uses GPS, Tempo may use your location to estimate distance, pace, and route-related workout metrics. Location access is optional and used only for workout tracking features you enable. Tempo does not sell or share your location data.

Camera & Video Mode

If you use an optional camera or video mode, Tempo may request camera access so you can record or view your workout setup. Camera access is optional. Camera frames and videos are processed on your device unless you choose to save or share them using iOS features.

Motion, Notifications & Background Cues

Tempo may request motion, notification, audio, haptic, or background activity permissions to support workout cues, interval alerts, and background timers. These permissions are optional and used only to provide the features you enable.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Tempo offers optional premium access through Apple in-app purchases. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to help validate purchase status and unlock premium features. Foggo Apps does not receive or store your payment card information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your workout data with third parties. Service providers such as Apple and RevenueCat may process limited purchase-related information as needed to operate App Store purchases and entitlement status.

Children

Tempo is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
