Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Interval Timer: Tempo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Interval Timer: Tempo is a workout timer for interval training. It can help you create timers, follow workout cues, track workout sessions, view optional metrics such as heart rate, calories, distance, and pace, and save completed workouts to Apple Health when you grant permission.

Premium Access

Tempo offers optional premium access:

• Weekly subscription: $0.99/week, billed weekly
• Lifetime access: $5.99 one-time purchase

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID under Apple's App Store rules.

Apple & RevenueCat

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Tempo uses RevenueCat to validate purchase status and unlock premium features. Foggo Apps does not receive or store your payment card information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, or interfere with Tempo's functionality. Tempo is intended for personal fitness use.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

Tempo is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, injury, or concern. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

Accuracy

Workout metrics such as heart rate, calories, distance, pace, and motion-based cues may be estimates from consumer devices, Apple Health, GPS, or on-device sensors. We do not guarantee that these measurements will be complete, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate.

Camera & Recording Features

If you use camera or video features, you are responsible for using them lawfully and respectfully, including getting any required permission before recording other people or private spaces.

Intellectual Property

Interval Timer: Tempo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Foggo Apps and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

Tempo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every workout environment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foggo Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tempo.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
